Inter-library Cooperation-Related Questions

How do I access master's or doctoral dissertations from Taipei Public Library?

1. Photocopying Taiwan-published dissertations: Visit the Library's "National Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations in Taiwan" and check to see if there is an electronic file available for download. If you are certain you have to apply for an inter-library service, you are advised to list the school from which the author graduated as the first organization to which the service will be applied.

2. Purchasing dissertations published overseas: Use the PQDT database to find dissertations you are interested in and purchase them online using its built-in purchasing feature. Or you may call Transmission Books & Microinfo Co., Ltd. at 2-2736-1058 ext 203 and ask them to purchase it for you.
